Who can use it

Adults who work in the adult AI industry: founders, their teams and the places we list. Not anyone under 18.

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep that inbox safe. One account is one person; invite your team instead of sharing a sign-in.

The catalogue

Each place's facts come from its own pages and show the day we read them. Places change their terms without telling us, so check before you pay one.

Every place decides for itself whether to list you. We do not sell placements, and no place can pay for a verdict, a fact or a spot in a list. Partner pages and sponsored slots are marked as such.

The catalogue data is free to reuse with a link back, under CC BY 4.0.

Your apps and what you send

Your apps, texts and files stay yours. You let us store and process them to run your tracker and kits, and to send your app's details to places when you ask us to submit.

You confirm that you may use what you send and that your app is legal where you offer it. No content involving minors, no material made or shared without consent, no real people shown without their consent. We remove such content and close such accounts.

When you submit to a place, its own terms apply between you and it.

App mail addresses

An app's address on apps.listnsfwai.com is for mail from places about listings. We receive that mail for you, store it, forward it and pick out codes and links. Do not use it for anything else; we stop addresses that send spam or receive abuse.

Plans, payment and refunds

Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, paid for a year ahead in crypto or by hand. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed.

Nothing renews by itself. We remind you 14 days and 3 days before the year ends; renewing adds a year. If you let it lapse, the checks stop after seven days of grace, and the board and everything you logged stay.

Refunds: ask within 7 days of paying, before your first nightly report, and we refund the payment. After that the year is yours.

Done-for-you is our time and care in submitting your app, not a guarantee that any place lists you. In the All places package, the fees of the paid places are passed on at cost, with no markup.

Places and partner pages

A place's page is managed by its own people: an address on the place's own domain, or someone who shows our badge with their personal code on the place's home page.

The badge makes a place a Partner for free; a paid partner year costs $99. Texts and images for a partner page go live only after we approve them. Being a partner never changes the facts, the verdict or the place's position in any list.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's limits, sign in as someone else, or reach other people's data. Do not use the tracker, the submit robot or app mail to send spam.

Our part

We work to keep the site running and the facts right, but we give it as it is, without promises that it fits your purpose or never fails. We may change, add or remove features.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for places' decisions, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total responsibility is at most what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account at hi@listnsfwai.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters for your account or your plan, we email you first.
